At the Manor

Lacey smiled. "Yes, it's fine, it will give me something to do." She said. "Trough the house is nice, there is nothing to do during the day, which is not unexpected for a manor full of Vampires." Lacey expalined.

Shellie smiled a little bit "I'll work on finding you a form of entertainment. Just let me know what you like to do and I'll make sure it is here for you to use." She told her. "Or I could give you money to get what you like for yourself, whichever you prefer." she offered.

"I would prefer the later of the two." Lacey said, smileing gratefully.

"Okay, I'll set money out for my groceries as well as my list and then set some out for you." Shellie told her "It will be on the counter in the kitchen." she added. "And you should get some sleep, I'll see you later Lacey." She turned her back and walked to her room.

Lacey nodded and closed and locked the door behind her. She didn't think she needed the lock anymore, but just incase. She walked over to the bed and quietly layed down, moments later falling asleep.

~~The Next Morning~~

On the counter sat a list of food Shellie needed so she could cook, a small stack of dollar bills sitting next to it. Nearby was an envelope, Lacey's name written across it, inside held enough money for her to do as she pleased and then some. With it all there was a note.

Add what you want to the shopping list, I don't really care. Have fun in town, be safe. Shellie is what it read.

Up stairs Shellie and Jason lie sleeping on their bed, she was wrapped in his arms, her head on his chest.

Skylar was trying to sleep but instead just stared at the ceiling.

The Lycan's all slept in the little shack they inhabited out back.

Daniel was in the kitchen on Lycan Manor, eating an apple,

Amu was laying on her bed, attempting to sleep but failing miserably. She eventually gave up and stood up, smoothing out her hair and changing into her white dress once more. Her large tattoo was visible on her back again as she attempted to tie the dress behind her neck. It took a few minutes, but she finally managed and pulled her hair up before walking out into the hall, listening in the other rooms for a moment.

Skylar heard the floor creak slightly, he hoped it was Amu. "That you?" he mumbled, knowing she would here him if it was her.

Emma was alseep in her bed, the book she had been reading was beside her on the bed.

Yumi woke up and changed her clothes then came down stairs. When she saw Daniel she smiled at him. "Good Morning", she said and got something to eat.

Lacey yawned and quietly stepped out of the room. She walked down stairs quietly, not wanting to wake up anyone. She carefully walked into the kicthen. She opened the refidge, and frowned, nothing to even nibbed on. So she took another cookie. She yawned as she picked up the money, and scaned the list, not really reading it. She quietly picked up some car keys and left.

Amu listened until Lacey left, then turned to Skylar's door.

"Yes, it's me," She said quietly.

Yukiko was up and outside, sitting on the front porch, resting her chin in her hands and staring at nothing, looking quite depressed. Bree was out back, running around again.

Skylar stood up and walked to his door. "Couldn't sleep?" he asked as he opened the door.

"Morning" Daniel said before he took another bite of his apple "Did you sleep well?" he asked her

Amu shook her head.

"Not at all," She said with a small sigh. "I don't know why, either." She smiled at him, but it looked forced.

Yukiko heard Bree laughing, and sighed.

"Likewise" Skylar said and then he saw her smile "You okay there? You seem unhappy" he stated as he examined her face, being Shellie's friend all theses years he had learned to pick up on people's smallest giveaways from watching her reaction to those small movements that to some would seem insignificant.

"No, I'm fine," Amu said quickly, maybe a little too quickly. She smiled at him, but it didn't reach her eyes. She had her hands behind her back and wasn't meeting his eyes. In all truth, she was just stressed out over everything. Worrying about Lacey, trying to keep an eye on Marcus, and not being able to sleep wasn't exactly helping, either.

Yukiko suddenly stood up, and ran towards the woods, changing into her wolf form as she ran. She needed to get her mind off of things, and that was the only way she knew how.

Bree was still running out back, laughing.

Skylar lightly set a hand on her waist and brought her into his room, shutting the door behind them. "Perhaps you should sleep a little." he said to her.

Amu sighed.

"I know I should, I just....can't," She said quietly.

"I believe I can get you tired" Skylar told her with a flirtatious smile across his face.

Amu blinked in surprise, but then slowly smiled back.

"Really...how?" She asked, teasing him slightly as she continued to smile.

He grinned evilly and grabbed her waist as he moved closer to her. He respected her space, giving her a few inches between them. "I've got a few ideas." he told her slyly.

Amu laughed slightly, finally relaxing a bit in his arms. It seemed as though the only time she relaxed was when she was with him, or sleeping.

"Really....care to share?" She asked, moving closer and laughing softly.

Skylar smiled "Well, one involves this..." he said before he kissed along her cheek bone and down to her neck.

Amu closed her eyes, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks but was gone just as quickly.

"I see...." She said quietly. "And what other ideas did you have in mind?" She asked, her eyes still closed.

Skylar chuckled "Well and then I was thinking..." He said each word between a kiss on her neck and up to her mouth. He then held her closer and kissed her deeply on the lips.

Amu smiled and kissed him back, a small smile forming on her lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling herself closer to him.
